Nebraska achieved a 20-0 start for the first time in program history, but after a loss to Michigan, its undefeated streak ended.
With that, here are the teams that have yet to log a loss in the 2025-26 season, as of Jan. 27, as well as some notable opponents that they have already taken care of and those still on the way.
Undefeated Teams

No. 1 Arizona resumed play against Quad 1 opponents with an 86-83 win over No. 13 BYU. The Wildcats held a double-digit lead throughout most of the game, and when the Cougars mounted a comeback, Arizona held them off. Arizona has a tough slate ahead to remain undefeated. It plays No. 14 Kansas, No. 11 Texas Tech, and has a rematch with BYU in early February.
No. 24 Miami (Ohio), Mid-American, 21-0
Miami escaped another close loss, beating U-Mass 86-84 on Tuesday. The RedHawks are in a curious spot. They haven't had a single Quad 1 matchup yet, but they're also 9-0 on the road and have three Quad 2 wins under their belt. Miami won't face a single ranked opponent all season, though. Akron and Bowling Green are both well-regarded by NET. (Miami itself is ranked 49th there.) Three of Miami's 18 wins are against Division II opponents, but it has handled the Division I teams just fine, too.
